Tensojute MK.2 is a PC based Jute tester capable of providing Jute Strength and elongation at break across individual sample of sample set including Avg, SD, CV% etc. as desired by your SQA. The system consists of a TEST RIG and is controlled from the computer keyboard. The tests are completely automated and all data acquisition is done electronically using imported sensors. Average time for 50 samples- 20 minutes.

The operator attaches the sample to the Jaws.
The test rig is controlled from the PC, via the dedicated Software and the operator can start stressing the sample.
During the stressing of the sample a real time graph of Force v/s Elongation is displayed on the screen.
On detection of the break the jaws move back to the test length and the next sample can be tested.
Operator can choose between individual sample tests or testing of a set of samples, (In case of a sample set the reporting will display Mix, Max and Avg values for Force and Elongation)

Reporting Capabilities

A graphical representation of individual breaking force, of the samples.

A report containing the following:

Identification	Date of production, Shift and customer if known
Test condition	RH% , Temperature, Moisture content
Grist	The Count lb./ Count Tex and Count CV.% , (Calculated from the weights. of hanks keyed in by the operator)
Strength Data:	Maximum / Average / Minimum / Weak Strength values of Beaking load in Lb./ Quality Ratio,/ Tenacity . in gm./ tex. and Cn. / tex.
R.K.M. / Quality Ratio, and Strength C.V. % calculated from the breaking load values read from the machine.
The elongation at break is also displayed.
