PC based Table Top UTM
Ctronix brand, PC based table top UTM is designed to accurately measure the tensile/compressive strength along with elongation of samples at Constant Rate of Elongation (CRE). This machine is completely automatic and once the user attaches the sample to the Jaws the complete operations is done from the host PC.
A one of its kind automatic PC based table-top Universal Testing Machine capable of:
- Measuring the break force with an accuracy +/- 0.5% and resolution of 0.1 Kgf.
- Measuring elongation with an accuracy of +/- 1.0%
- Displaying in Real Time the load v/s elongation.(the graphs have the ability to display load at any point of extension)
- Stress / Strain Curve
- Calculate Young's Modulus.
- Extensive reporting capabilities including the following but not limited to:-
- Min, Max, Avg Force at break.
- SD, CV% of the group of Samples.

OPERATING PROCEDURE:
- User needs to manually place the sample between the jaws.
- The operator then needs to start the system by clicking the START Button and the following steps are performed
- The sample is stressed at a constant rate of elongation (CRE),
- Real time display of Force and Elongation graph (in the software provided by us)
- On Detection of break
- The machine stops.
- The graph freezes and on save of the test parameters the Jaw returns back to the sample length.

- Force v/s Elongation graph.
- Force and Elongation at break.
- Stress v/s Strain graph with Tensile Strength @ Initial, Elastic limit, and at Rupture.
- Load at any point of elongation as keyed in by the operator.
Report for sample set and individual test comprises of:
- Sample no: || Date and Time: || Lot no:
- Min, Max, Avg, SD of Force at Break
- Elongation at Break
- Tensile Strength of the lot.
All reports are in MS Excel and can be used for reference later.
